Teaching

I see teaching as an opportunity to develop critical thinkers and effective leaders. My courses connect theory with practice by applying management frameworks to real-world challenges, including sustainability and inequality. I also draw on my research to make the material relevant and engaging—for example, by examining how CEO leadership can foster corporate entrepreneurship.
